What a fitted unit can contain
The lease and the shop invoice are usually separate jobs. We write a contents list against the floor plan so a unit can open, not sit empty with a shopping list. The kit is optional: bare keys if you want walls only, or named rooms furnished from our textile, furniture, and consumable stock.
